I stumbled across The Hive in my search for a place off-site for my marketing team to hole up and have back to back work sessions without disruptions or distractions. One remote employee from the West Coast had booked her hotel stay at The Hampton Inn in downtown Salem so The Hive’s location was perfect. Plus the remaining team members were all located on the Northshore. From my first outreach to the end of our stay, Stephanie, The Hive’s Community Manager, was super quick to respond and made us feel like a guest in her home. We had access to everything we needed for a productive 2-days. The cost was very reasonable, the space was clean, and the location was convenient. I highly recommend The Hive!

Highly recommended! The Hive Workspace and Business Center is a very warm and inviting space to get some work done. Despite being in front of a busy intersection, the workspace environment is never distracting. The kitchenette is always clean and fully stocked. Everyone there is friendly, personable, and very respectful. Shout out to Stephanie! They could not have picked a better professional to welcome visitors and tenants.

The space is beautiful. It has all the amenities you could want. The manager, Stephanie, is always available and is super accommodating! The rates are reasonable. I highly recommend this space for every day work space rental (individual office) or occasional rental of one of the gorgeous conference rooms. Did I say I highly recommend?!

This was the perfect space for our week long computer development sessions. The space was dynamic, having a kitchen to utilize for lunches, breaks, etc… was essential. Great place to work, I travel frequently to Salem to visit family and attempting to work while in someone’s home is always a challenge, for a nominal fee I have a dedicated work area that gives me the peace and quiet needed while visiting. great location and awesome support from the staff!
